Workshop 5 — Coding & Creativity: Animate Your Own Story in Scratch

No coding experience needed! Students learn the basics of computer programming by creating their own animated story in Scratch — MIT's free, visual coding platform. They'll design characters, write dialogue, add backgrounds, and make their story come alive with loops, conditionals, and sequences. By the end of class, every student has a working animated project to share.
